For this item we accept returns and exchanges. In order to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund the candle must be in it's original condition and packaging. Wick intact and tin undamaged. If the product is damaged upon you receiving, we offer either a full refund or an exchange for a new one.

At this time we only ship to the US. Once we have received your order you can expect your item within 5-7 business days. However if there are any delays you will be immediately notified.
